Iori Yagami is a character from King of Fighters, a series of video games that was more popular in Asia than in the United States. Iori is part archvillain, part angsty male teenager, part sex symbol, and is sometimes yaoified with his in-game archrival, Kyo. I really like how he looks. I'm also really proud that I hand-embroidered the character "Iori" onto the back pocket of the pants.

Originally, I made this costume for Yaoi-con in 2002 when I went with AJ, who dressed as Kyo. I wasn't satisfied with the original, so I re-constructed the shirt and found a better hair solution with help from Kennedy at Glama-rama in San Francisco. Kennedy also did my hair for the unicorn costume.
