I may have just registered for the Rock and Roll half Marathon in San Jose this October. Crikey. As an added bonus: no fundraising this time! Everyone is off the hook, and I don't have to feel weird about asking people for money.

Now... to train. Crap.

a tasty bit of voyeurism

I just read a news story on CNN.com about two news helicopters accidentally colliding in Phoenix, killing a total of four people aboard both vehicles. It's a tragic accident and sympathy is deserved all around. Keeping that in mind, though, and keeping in mind that both of the rival TV stations aer CNN affiliates, I think it's ghastly of CNN to offer a video link labeled: "Watch smoke and flames pour from debris."

Am I the only one who thinks that is tacky?
